What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Amazon Payments and PayPal.

 

I placed my order - should I expect to hear from you?

Unless there is a problem with your order, or we have a question about your order, you should not hear from us until your order is ready to ship. We will email you tracking information to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.  In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns about your order please feel free to contact us.

 

Coupons

Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order.  Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discounts, or promotions. In order for a coupon code to apply to an order, it must be entered before checkout.

 

Product Availability

Although we update our inventory on a regular basis, occasionally due to increased demand, availability may change quickly. We will notify you via email if this occurs to provide you with the opportunity to modify or cancel your order. Please be sure to provide a valid email address.

 

International Shipping

​Not all products can be shipped to Canada or Internationally.  If you are a Canadian or International customer, please contact us via our contact page to check if the product you are interested in is available - we will get back to you with availability and pricing.

 

When should I expect my order?

Delivery times vary.  Please see the item description for the estimated delivery time.

 

Am I Charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to California addresses only.  All other states are not charged sales tax!

You may check the status of your order at any time using the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to view all of your order details and status.
